The Insel-Camp Fehmarn is an award-winning 5-star Leading campsite on the island of Fehmarn and is located directly on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach facing south.

Reception Manager (m/f/d)

Starting next season, we are looking for a dedicated Reception Manager who combines organizational talent, cordiality and openness to digital processes.

The tasks

  • Management and organization of our 3-person reception team
  • Hostess and first point of contact for our guests – from booking to departure
  • Coordination of smooth day-to-day operations
  • Co-design and further development of our digital guest journey
  • Close cooperation with the management


What you bring with you

  • Experience in guest service, ideally in the hotel or camping industry
  • Enjoy digital tools, AI-supported processes and smart workflows
  • Desire to actively help shape our “Reception 3.0”

Part-time

We are looking for a new part-time employee (25-30 hours) for our reception team (3 employees in total) with immediate effect (from May 2025 at the latest).

The tasks

  • Management of the booking system and reservation tool
  • Answering inquiries by telephone, e-mail and on site
  • Warm welcome and care for our guests
  • Advice for guests on excursion destinations, activities and facilities at the campsite
  • Support with administrative tasks

What we can offer
